Hey there… I’m the one behind the camera, but am soooo much MORE than just a photographer.
With my degree in psychology + years spent in social media marketing, not only do I know how to uncover your unique voice + style, but SHOW IT OFF for the world to see your brilliance, too.
I understand the subtleties of color choice, image placement, and the combo of visual + written content that will leave them wanting MORE.
I've also personally been there, too. I've built my own business from the ground up, and have been running The Suitcase Studio for over 10 years now (including a relocation to Bend in 2015 and rebuilding my clientele from scratch), handling all of my own branding, social media content, marketing materials and web design, too!
I’m known in the industry as offering the ULTIMATE client experience, have launched my own e-course to teach my fellow photographers HOW to do what I do, and have the backing of sponsors such as StickyFolios and HoneyBook.
And on top of that... my photography style is totally FUN + stress-free. So if you're not comfortable in front of the camera... no worries! I actually prefer REAL people over models any day, and will have you feeling like the million bucks (and more) that you're worth.

From 2011-2017, I was the Content Development and Social Media Committee Chair for Swivel, Bend's Web and Marketing Conference and have served as a board member of the Advertising Federation of Oregon.
I’m the founder and principal consultant of Shannon Lee Strategy, offering hands-on digital marketing and social media coaching, strategy, and account management for clients in Bend, Oregon and beyond.
